Shipping times displayed on our site are estimates only, and packages may arrive more quickly or slowly, depending on a multitude of uncontrollable factors.

Statement on United States Import Tariffs
OUR PRODUCTS ARE COMPLIANT WITH THE USMCA TRADE AGREEMENT, AND ARE EXEMPT FROM IEEPA TARIFFS. WE NO LONGER OFFER USPS/CANADA POST SHIPPING TO THE USA, AS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT TARIFFS, REGARDLESS OF USMCA COMPLIANCE.
UNLESS YOU SELECT A DUTY PRE-PAID OPTION (DDP), YOU MAY STILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IMPORT FEES OR TAXES AS COLLECTED BY THE COURIER. IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US.

The tumultuous nature of the United States tariff regime has understandably caused a lot of confusion for American consumers and foreign producers, as we all try to navigate the ever-volatile situation. Things were complicated further on August 29th, 2025, when the United States suspended its duty-free "de minimis" threshold of US$800, which previously enabled the import of lower-value goods duty-free, and signed into law U.S. Executive Order 14324, mandating the collection of duties at origin for all postal shipments bound for the U.S.

While Canada has been subject to additional tariffs under IEEPA, the USMCA duty-free trade agreement remains in place for goods produced within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. As our products are produced in Canada with domestic & imported materials, they are not subject to additional tariffs on import to the U.S. - though you may still be charged typical import fees & taxes by the courier. To avoid this uncertainty altogether, we now offer a pre-paid duties option (DDP) for select couriers, which guarantee you will not be charged any additional fees or taxes on delivery.

Additionally, U.S. Executive Order 14324 has mandated that all U.S.-bound postal shipments must have duties collected at origin, with no exceptions made for USMCA-compliant products. As such, we have temporarily suspended USPS/Canada Post shipping service to the United States. Instead, you may select to ship via UPS or DHL at checkout.

Update on Canada Post Strike
**UPDATE NOV 21, 2025**: CUPW & THE CORPORATION HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE. ROTATING STRIKES ARE CURRENTLY OFF. PACKAGES ARE FLOWING NORMALLY AND IT IS UNLIKELY THAT ANOTHER STRIKE WILL BE CALLED.

As of Oct 11th, 2025, CUPW has shifted from a Nationwide strike to a Rotating strike, which means that packages and letters will resume shipping. As such, we have reinstated our Canada Post shipping options to all regions (excluding the USA, see our statement on US Tariffs).

While Postal operations continue to ramp up, and the rotating strike remains in effect, shipping delays are to be expected. Your continued patience is much appreciated. As the bargaining process between CUPW and Canada Post continues to evolve, we will continue to make updates to our shipping policy.

For the good of all Canadians, we continue to urge the Liberal Government and Canada Post management to negotiate with CUPW in good faith, and to offer them a fair deal that safeguards the sustainability of this essential public service .

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will do our best to accommodate you.
